Airbus Flight Academy Europe is the ab-initio pilot training centre of Airbus, based at Angouleme-Cognac Airport in south-west France. It delivers the Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme to prepare cadets for airline careers.

Operating from Angouleme in south-west France, the academy has delivered the Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme since 2019, combining more than 800 hours of ground school with around 200 hours of flight and simulator training. Its campus can train up to about 200 cadets at a time, with around 80 trained per year. The academy owns a training fleet of Diamond DA42, Cirrus SR20, Grob 120 and newer Elixir aircraft, several equipped with dual Electronic Flight Instrument Systems, plus FNPT II simulators. It trains cadets under EASA standards toward airline first-officer positions with Airbus operator partners.
