Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) Philippines is the Philippine operation of Alpha Aviation Group, a global pilot training organisation headquartered in London. Based in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, it trains airline cadet pilots, and is a pioneer of the Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) in the Philippines.
Established in 2006, Alpha Aviation Group Philippines is headquartered in Clark and operates flight training bases and full-flight simulator centres. It describes itself as the only ISO 9001:2015 certified Approved Training Organisation in the Philippines, compliant with Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR). The group has trained more than 1,700 pilots, with around 1,000 graduates flying for airlines such as Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines and AirAsia, and it pioneered the MPL route in the Philippines and the UAE. Training is delivered on Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 Level D full-flight simulators alongside a fleet of modern training aircraft, and in 2026 it opened a new flight training hub at Santa Fe-Bantayan Island Airport in Cebu.
