Bartolini Air is an EASA-certified flight training organization headquartered at Lodz International Airport in central Poland, with an additional base at Olsztyn-Mazury. It trains ab-initio and modular students toward a frozen ATPL and provides charter, aircraft sales and maintenance services.

Bartolini Air describes itself as the largest pilot training centre in Central Europe and is an Austro Control-approved EASA examination centre. It offers integrated and modular training toward a frozen ATPL, along with ATPL theory delivered on-site and online in partnership with Bristol Groundschool. It is one of a small number of official Ryanair training partners worldwide through the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy. Its fleet consists exclusively of modern Tecnam aircraft with glass-cockpit avionics, growing toward around 30 aircraft, and the company is the Polish representative of Tecnam and Daher (TBM) aircraft.
