Egnatia Aviation is an EASA-approved airline pilot training academy based at Kavala International Airport in northern Greece. Founded in 2006, it trains ab-initio cadets from zero experience toward airline first-officer roles.

Egnatia Aviation operates from Kavala International Airport 'Megas Alexandros' with modern classroom, briefing and simulator facilities and direct apron access. Its flagship IKAROS integrated ATP(A) program leads to an EASA CPL(A)/IR/ME with ATPL(A) theory and MCC. The academy flies a fleet of more than 20 Diamond aircraft and logs over 20,000 flight hours a year. It holds cadet and partner relationships with airlines including Qatar Airways, Air Arabia, Wizz Air, Aegean Airlines and Ryanair, and has served as the exclusive training provider for Iraqi Airways. Egnatia has trained over 2,500 pilots from dozens of countries.
