OperatingSpain

FTEJerez (Flight Training Europe) is a large airline pilot training organization based in Jerez de la Frontera, southern Spain. It trains ab-initio cadets from zero experience to airline-ready first officers.

FTEJerez is approved by EASA and the UK CAA, and its flagship integrated ATPL(A) program covers all 14 theory subjects plus airline modules, MCC/JOC on a Boeing 737 simulator and upset prevention and recovery training. Cadets can add a UK CAA licence alongside their EASA ATPL. The academy operates a modern fleet of more than 65 aircraft, benefits from over 300 sunshine days a year, and was the first pilot school in Europe to add a Mechtronix Boeing 737-800W simulator. It holds cadet partnerships with airlines including Ryanair and Iberia and has trained pilots for carriers such as British Airways, Aer Lingus, Vueling and Qatar Airways over more than 30 years.
