Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) is the aviation training academy of Vietnamese low-cost carrier Vietjet, based in the Thu Duc City high-tech park in Ho Chi Minh City. It trains pilots, cabin crew, engineers and other aviation staff.

VJAA grew out of the Vietjet Training Center (VTC) founded in 2012 and is a comprehensive training facility approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) as a Level 3 Approved Training Organisation for cabin crew, aviation maintenance technician and pilot training. Located in Ho Chi Minh City, it is equipped with cabin simulators, emergency training facilities and an aquatic training pool. It operates three CAE 7000XR Level D Airbus A320 full-flight simulators, and its A320 type-rating training is delivered through an Airbus Vietnam Training Centre established jointly by Vietjet and Airbus. VJAA is part of the IATA training partner network.
